I will provide clients with a Memorandum of Understanding clearly giving my understanding of the needs and objectives and will adhere to it if humanly possible. I will only invoice my work after the session and a final report was compiled, discussed with the client and all the work done to her/his satisfaction I will give excellent, quality service going beyond the expectations of the client. If not, the work will not be invoiced I will not use any alcoholic beverages while performing my duties I will treat every client as if I was the client I will involve my collaborators in areas they are more competent such as teambuilding or motivational speaking at no extra cost to the client I will see all people as equal and will never discriminate I will, in group activities, use techniques to give all a fair opportunity to participate I will not tolerate destructive or negative behaviour from any group member and will contract up-front accordingly I will believe that a group is in my care and will never expose them to dangerous activities. I will never stop learning and will treat each intervention as needing a unique approach I will be available for clients and all participants before, during and after the event..
